ETHICRISE: FRAMEWORK KEPEMIMPINAN DIGITAL BERETIKA BERBASIS PANCASILA BAGI GENERASI MUDA MENUJU INDONESIA EMAS 2045
Abstract
This study explores EthicRise as a fresh perspective on ethical digital leadership for Indonesia’s young generation. Instead of looking only at technology skills, the research highlights three core issues: the growing ethical challenges in the online sphere, the key elements of the EthicRise model that combine Pancasila values with digital expertise and social responsibility, and the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration for meaningful implementation. Built through conceptual reflection and literature review, the findings reveal that digital education focused merely on technical ability cannot shape leaders with integrity. EthicRise offers a more grounded direction by emphasizing three interconnected pillars: character formation, ethical use of technology, and long-term social contribution. The study concludes that this approach has strong potential to support Indonesia’s leadership development toward 2045 by encouraging young leaders who prioritize values and social accountability along with digital mastery.
